PATNA: Even as Patna University (PU) is gearing up for its centenary celebrations due to commence next year, it has failed to provide some minimum basic amenities to its students and faculty members. Be it drinking water or toilet, everything seems primitive for the scholars of this seventh oldest university of the country.
